By accessing or using Phenom Mailbox ("Service"), operated by [COMPANY NAME] ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Phenom Mailbox is a B2B email testing and inspection platform. The Service provides:

Custom email subdomains for receiving and inspecting test emails
Email content viewing, header inspection, and attachment analysis
Automated calendar invite (RSVP) responses
API access for programmatic email testing workflows

3. Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms if registering on behalf of a business.

4. Acceptable Use

The Service is intended solely for legitimate email testing and development purposes. You agree NOT to:

Use the Service to send, receive, or facilitate spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages
Impersonate individuals, organizations, or services
Use subdomains that infringe trademarks or are confusingly similar to established brands
Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code through the Service
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service infrastructure
Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
Use the Service to collect, store, or process sensitive personal data (SSNs, health records, financial account numbers) unless you have appropriate data processing agreements in place

5. Plans, Billing, and Payment

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed annually at the rate displayed at time of purchase. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers. Price changes apply at the next renewal period.

6. Plan Limits

Each plan includes specific resource limits (subdomains, email volume, features). Exceeding these limits may result in restricted access until the next billing period or an upgrade to a higher plan.

7. Data and Email Content

Emails received by your subdomains are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after the configured retention period. The Service is not intended as permanent email storage.

You retain ownership of all email content received through your subdomains. We do not read, analyze, or share email content except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for email delivery failures, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your subdomains and stored data will be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law
